Job Description
Within the MRO Offload organisation, you are in charge of managing the planning for engines maintenance with our major MRO partners in Europe Middle East and USA. For the benefit of Safran, you interact with partner maintenance shops in EMEA and USA to build the best schedule of engines shop visits while taking into account their own constraints, in particular capacity. In collaboration with the Gate 2 Leaders and Engine owners, you consolidate a load/capacity vision for these partners and are involved in improving their performance.

As part of this function, over a rolling horizon of 3 months your main missions consist of:
For maintenance activities – engines shop visits – optimizing the planning and help developing our offload partners in this region by :
a. Managing the shop visits schedule for the region on a weekly basis
b. Updating of shop visit data in Safran ERP (SAP)
c. Optimizing the load/capacity suitability of our Partners
d. Deploying and leading the capacity/slot review meetings for EMEA and USA
e. Coordinating module outsourcing between shops in case of multi-site maintenance
f. Identifying of suitable engines with corporate Planning Team in France (depending on the customer, engine type, details of work…)
g. Taking into account supply risk and technical risks for planning with a best case and worst-case scenario
Finally, you will be in a position to share & present the Master Production Schedule of the Offload MRO EMEA and USA external network to obtain its validation in a weekly review. You are the guarantor of its reliability and its consistency with the Global MRO Sales and Operations Plan.
You are in regular contact with the planning team, Offload Engine Owners, with Supply Chain managers and with planners from other sites.
