CEPA is a German-based company which specializes in university-level academic faculty-led programs, summer and semester programs, as well as the organization of higher level seminars and professional workshops.
Our European Study Center (ESC) Strasbourg is located in the Château de Pourtalès.
We accept applications for internships starting every January/ February and every fall in August/September. In addition, we welcome initiative applications throughout the year. Please feel free to contact us and tell us about yourself!
Tasks
European Study Center Strasbourg:
Project management: organization and implementation of faculty-led programs in Europe
Expanding and cultivating contacts with companies or institutions who welcome our groups
Budgeting and cost control
Research and analysis on cultural and academic topics related to new study abroad topics and regions
Evaluation of customer reviews
Château de Pourtalès:
Reception and guest service with check-in and check-out
Breakfast service with preparation and clean-up
Back office support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (tourism, business administration, cultural studies or similar)
Previous experience abroad and in the organization of events/group trips preferred
Fluency in English, further language skills in French, German, Italian or Spanish preferred
Advanced MS Office skills
High level of teamwork and communication skills
