Job Description

AbbVie France is recruiting an Apprentice - Digital Campaign Specialist to join our Transformation & platforms team, fully integrated within our Customer/Business Excellence Division.  

This position is to be filled from September 2025 for a period of 12 months.  

As a member of the AbbVie team, and more specifically as a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting all the brand teams on efficient management of digital solutions: 

  • Campaign studio: Create, monitor, optimize and monitor digital campaigns  
  • Content Studio (eWizard /Content Authoring): create content & promote best practices 
  • Analytics Studio: monitor & improve journeys performance. 

The main activities will be

Campaign studio: Create, monitor, optimize and monitor digital campaigns  

  • Support & guide Brand Team in customer journey design 
  • Ensure implementation of customer journey in SFMC Journey Builder 
  • Ensure maintenance of customer journeys in SFMC Journey Builder 
  • Ensure monitoring of customer journeys & improvement  
  • Ensure IFT / BT channels orchestrations (SFMC, Abbvie Pro/care, suggestions, webinar…) 
  • Manage AbbVie PRO / CARE platform (CMS) 
  • Support on event Management (ON24) 
  • Plays the role of a consultant to internal stakeholders and works closely with marketing & sales, medical, IT and other functions 
  • Continuously assess efficiency and effectiveness of digital solutions 
  • Ensure best practices creation & sharing for customer journey 

Content Studio (eWizard /Content Authoring): create content & promote best practices 

  • Create & deliver content as email and SFMC pages to support journeys 
  • Ensure best practices creation & sharing for content creation 
  • Manage & promote content authoring tool solutions 

Analytics Studio: monitor & improve journeys performance 

  • Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Responsible for the concept/design, execution, and the performance tracking & measurement of omnichannel customer campaigns and customer journeys 

Qualifications

Our Transformation & platforms team is looking for a student preparing a Master in Innovation, Projet Management, or Digital Health within a Business or Engineering School (“Grandes Ecoles”).  

In addition to this education, you

  • Ideally have a past student experience in the pharmaceutical industry  
  • Have advanced Marketing knowledge 
  • Are rigorous, organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects 
  • Are curious, open-minded, adaptable and enjoy working in a team environment 
  • Communicate well with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior managers 
  • Have an analytical mindset and are able to be succinct when needed  
  • Are comfortable writing and speaking in English  

Master the following tools

  • Microsoft office pack 
  • SFMC 
  • Email Studio (content creation / segmentation), reporting suite and with Journey Builder 
  • CMS systems (Adobe) 
  • Google Analytics 360
