Main purpose of the position/ Key expectations
ISS Hard Services Lead is the point of reference for customer and for ISS account team and global organisation with regard to the management, operations and maintenance of engineering infrastructure, systems and assets to ISS customer sites in France. This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by deploying operational practices (best practices, Group and country standards) to facilitate improved growth, profit and retention. Hard Services Lead will be working closely with our business partner based in France to ensure highest level of facility management services delivered to our Global Clients.
What you’ll do
- Ensure customer satisfaction with regard to hard services
- In country escalation point with client representative for respective accounts in terms of hard services
- Build and maintain good customer relations
- Keep and manage operation of buildings, technical infrastructure, engineering systems and assets, including all designated critical environments, according to agreed SLAs
- Ensure efficient and effective management, operation and maintenance processes for buildings, technical infrastructure, engineering systems and assets
- Manage continuous improvement and optimization of processes and utilities
- Ensure planned reactive and predictive operation costs within budget
- Work closely with ISS Business Information Systems – , IoT, data analytics
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standards
- Keep asset condition and lifecycle information accurate to facilitate capital investment planning
