Scope of activities
Perform some or all of the following activities:
Establish quotations in the framework of current operationsRecord customer orders (opening of the file)Review the contract (feasibility of the service)Negotiate and place orders with suppliers approved by DAHER (according to expenditure commitment authorizations)Organize transport of the goods: Collect the shipping documents and compile the service filePrepare customs paperworkMonitor the smooth running of the service and keep the customer informedRecord any anomalies, process them within the limits of his/her responsibilities and inform his/her line managementManage damage and disputes (reservations) and send to the insurance managerInvoice the customer, approve the supplier invoices, then close and archive the file after completing an overall check of the service provided to the customerControl the quality of customer/agent relations in compliance with contractsMaintain good customer relations by being the single point of contact for one or more customersMaintain a direct relationship with debt collection teams and report the activity to his/her line managementAct as the interface with the commercial teamsAct as the interface with the accounting teamsActivities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.0 to 2 years
