This is a unique opportunity for an emerging leader ready to take a step up or currently working in a supervisory role. Reporting directly into the Rooms Division Manager, this hands on role will be responsible for supporting the reservations team in end to end process of FIT and Groups Bookings. You will ensure that guests receive the best possible pre-arrival experience, identifying peak moments that can be set up for the broader team to deliver.
