FP&A Department
In a context of growth , the FP&A department creates a new position.
As EPM specialist, you will play a key role in deployment and optimization of EPM tools within the group.
This role requires an expertise in both finance and technical areas in order to ensure that EPM tools are in line with business / finance needs.
Missions :
Interact, analyze, and synthetize finance requirements in terms of performance analysis and planification.
Work together with finance clients while translating their requirements into EPM technical requests.
Take part in the setup, deployment, and maintenance of EPM solutions while working together with technical teams.
Lead testing and deployment of new developments.
Ensure the proper functioning of EPM tools while quickly taking corrective actions when issues arise.
Recommend new courses of action to improve efficiency of EPM tools.
Be a point of reference for EPM users across the organization.
Profile :
You have a Master’s degree in Finance or SI Finance, with a previous experience in EPM implementation for finance (4-5 years of working experience).
You possess strong knowledge of EPM tools (consolidation, planning & reporting) as well as a deep insight into leading solutions used in the market
You have worked in Finance (controlling, consolidation…) and you are able to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
You have developed skills in configuring and testing EPM solutions and you are able to challenge technical teams.
You have strong interpersonal skills allowing you to navigate an international environment while interacting with teams of various backgrounds (Business and technical)
You have experience in the implementation of change
You have full proficiency in both French and English
